School ministry is about HiS going into schools to teach the word to school children as well as coordinating and training schools on camps like prefects training, environmental camps etc. in addition through our schools ministry we seek to bring in experienced Christian coaches from overseas who will train school teachers to be sports coaches and preach the word to them. Students thus benefit two fold; firstly they improve on their sports skills and most importantly get introduced to our saviour Jesus Christ.
Men and women’s teams and international tours imply HiS hosting sports teams from across the globe and sports coaches. It also refers to HiS organized teams that will leave Harare and go elsewhere to reach out to the lost utilizing the vehicle of sport.
We will extend our work into prisons, where we will minister to the inmates through our various sports programmes. This ministry has not yet begun.
We invite sports persons and professionals, to help us in coaching clinics, and other local events we host.
We also participate in major sporting events, such as the Africa Cup of Nations, World Cup, Olympics, where we as HiS send staff to utilize the event to share the message of our Lord Jesus Christ. If not sending staff to the host nations we still do something in our own country.
